Welcome, Chaja

Chaja Maureen Levy slipped into our living room 8:43 a.m. Thursday, September 3. Chaja weighed six pounds, 14 ounces, and was 20 3/4 inches long. For the metric types among you, that's 3.188 kg and 52.7 cm. Rachael's water broke at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday night, so labor lasted almost 34 1/2 hours. Imagine the most beautiful little baby in the world, add a birthmark on her head that resembles Jupiter's Red Spot, and there you have Chaja.
